Transform an ordinary door into a decorative accent for any room.

Screens can hide untidy nooks, create an adaptable room partition, provide privacy and stand alone as a decorative room furnishing.

• Select wallpaper and paint to coordinate with the room décor.
• Purchase three wooden screen doors at a home-improvement store, remove screens and have hardboard paneling cut to opening size. Or, recycle older paneled wooden doors found in salvage lots or yard sales. Paint doors to match room décor.
• For screen doors, apply wallpaper according to the manufacturer's instructions to the hardboard. Mount hardboard to back of screen door so wallpaper shows through openings on front of door. For paneled doors, cut wallpaper to fit the recessed panels of wooden doors and apply (don't forget the back side).
• Hinge the three doors together side-by-side with door hinges. Enjoy.
