If you are looking to return wallcovering purchased through a retailer made by Brewster Home Fashions, you must process the return through the store you purchased the product from.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
Brewster will replace merchandise due to manufacturing defects, shipping damage or shipping error within 45 days of the date of purchase. You must follow the return process below to request replacement merchandise. There is no re-stocking fee for defective, damaged or shipping error merchandise, and return shipping charges will be waived.
How to Return
To request a return, please call Brewster at 800-366-1700 or e-mail us at email@example.com to request a return authorization number. Please be sure to have the order number available for the customer service representative or state the order number in your e-mail. Once Brewster accepts your return request, you will be issued a return authorization number and a prepaid return label will be mailed to you. Please include in your return package, a copy of your original receipt with the return authorization number noted. If you choose not to wait for a prepaid return label, merchandise can be returned by any shipping method you choose to the address below.

When we have received your merchandise in unused condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card. Please note that Brewster will not accept any return without a valid return authorization number and all non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restock and a return shipping fee.
