Poor adherence and quality.
Based on other reviews, I thought this flooring would be a great alternative to spending quite a bit more - I wish I would have just spent the money instead of wasting my time and money on this flooring. I applied over cement base, using the adhesive primer. I followed every possible direction to try and get these squares to adhere and they never did properly. The flooring looks a mess, and I am so full of regret. The customer service was pretty great I must say; I just wish things would have turned out differently.

Products purchased through Brewster may be returned within 45 days from your original purchase from our web site. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. Brewster will process a credit to your credit card. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied on partial wallpaper returns for overage.  FloorPops returns are also subject to a 25% restocking fee. You must follow the Brewster return procedure below to receive a credit.
