Return Policy

Products purchased through Brewster may be returned within 45 days from your original purchase from our web site. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. Brewster will process a credit to your credit card. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied on partial wallpaper returns for overage. You must follow the Brewster return procedure below to receive a credit.

Please Note:

  • Wallpaper samples may not be returned for any reason.
  • FloorPops return orders are also subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • There are no returns for Eijffinger branded products.

If you are looking to return wallcovering purchased through a retailer, and not through our website, you must process the return through the store you purchased the product from.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise

Brewster will replace merchandise due to manufacturing defects, shipping damage or shipping error within 45 days of the date of purchase. You must follow the return process below to request replacement merchandise. There is no re-stocking fee for defective, damaged or shipping error merchandise, and return shipping charges will be waived.

How to Return

You must follow the return process below to request replacement merchandise. To request a return, please call us at 800-366-1700 or e-mail us at contactus@brewp.com to request a return authorization number. Please be sure to have the order number available for the customer service representative or state the order number in your e-mail. Once we accept your return request, you will be issued a return authorization number and a prepaid return label will be mailed to you. Please include in your return package, a copy of your original receipt with the return authorization number noted. If you choose not to wait for a prepaid return label, merchandise can be returned by any shipping method you choose to the address below.
