Return Policy

Products purchased through Brewster may be returned within 45 days from your original purchase from our web site. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. Brewster will process a credit to your credit card. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied on partial wallpaper returns for overage. FloorPops return orders exceeding $100 are also subject to a 25% restocking fee. You must follow the Brewster return procedure below to receive a credit. Wallpaper samples may not be returned for any reason.

If you are looking to return wallcovering purchased through a retailer, and not through our website, you must process the return through the store you purchased the product from.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise

Brewster will replace merchandise due to manufacturing defects, shipping damage or shipping error within 45 days of the date of purchase. You must follow the return process below to request replacement merchandise. There is no re-stocking fee for defective, damaged or shipping error merchandise, and return shipping charges will be waived.

How to Return

For customers without a wallpops account, please refer to your order confirmation email. There is a link at the bottom of the email to start the return process. For customers with an account, please login to your Brewster Home Fashions account and view the account’s Orders Tab to find your order. Click on the return button located in the top-right corrner of the order and start your return. Pease select the most appropriate return reason and ensure quantities being returned match quantities being sent back to our warehouse facilities. Once submitted, we will email you a return label for your package(s) that you may print. Please include in your return package, a copy of your original receipt. If you choose not to use our return label, merchandise can be returned by any shipping method you choose to the address listed below.
